About JHexagon

Dror Guzman/ CEO
Dror Guzman is the Founder and CEO of JHexagon. His expertise focuses primarily on concurrent-programing, data analysis and design-patterns. Dror’s vast understanding of the airline industry along with his technical talent has enabled him to successfully position JHexagon to produce a superior software and service package, tailored to airlines that returned millions of dollars in revenue loss. Dror developed a unique algorithm that scrutinizes ticket’s PNR for ticket auditing from any GDS.

Dror earned both his B.Sc and M.Sc in Computer Science from Polytechnic Institute of New York University with a specialization in Cryptography and Network Security.

Tai Zhang/ Senior Software Engineer
Tai Zhang joined us in 2008. His expertise focuses on complex, large scale application development and support using the most current technologies such as Java/J2EE. He also has tremendous experiences in building web based application in cloud environment. With more than 4 years experiences in the airline industry, Tai is independently able to do research and provide solutions for production development.

Tai earned his B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China which is a top 3 university in China. He was a PhD candidate majored in Aerospace Engineering in Texas A&M University. He graduated from Polytechnic Institute of New York University with a M.Sc degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering prior to joining JHexagon.

Emily Long/ Analyst
Emily joined JHexagon in early 2017. Her vast understanding in the complexity of the airline industry has enabled her to provide an in-depth analysis on taxes, fares, tariffs and other ticketing policies and procedures. Emily is engaged with our resolution center where she provides research and analysis of disputes coming from our clients. In addition, she handles more than 20 international branches’ inquiries and reports as well as conducting strategic and financial meetings.

Emily earned her B.A. in Business from New York University with outstanding academic performance.
